- Pushing Me Away was dropped and "Crawling" was brought back to the setlist, presumably since it had charted well as a single in the United Kingdom during the month of March as the tour went on. It was likely dropped after the Deinze show for Glasgow, but this is the first confirmed reappearance of the song.
