'IGYEIH' is the tenth track from Linkin Park's eighth studio album, From Zero. The title is an acronym for "I gave you everything I have."

Background

'IGYEIH' was one of the last songs the band started for From Zero. Describing his writing process, Shinoda said, "usually we'll have a bunch of seeds, a bunch of demos, and then the good ones get a lot of work. A lot of craft, a lot of tweaking, a lot of changes. 'IGYEIH' was the one of the last ones to get started," to which Emily replied, "It had so many versions in such a short amount of time... It was like the last one to be on the album and we had to fucking race to get it done and we really had to speed up the process. All we were thinking about was that song." The song's working title was 'Villain.'[1]

Mike added that Brad Delson came in later in the album's writing & recording process, but he was super involved and helpful in putting the album together. "IGYEIH" is a demo that Brad and Mike started together near the end of the album sessions.[2]

The song was used by the NFL for their NFL Sunday Spotlight segment on November 18, 2024.[3]
