Other Notes

• This was a free show courtesy of the Fremont Street Experience. The band performed on the 3rd Street Stage outside of The D Hotel & Casino which faced Fremont Street.
• The Stone Temple Pilots show was night two of a three night event celebrating The D Hotel and Casino on Fremont Street. Uncle Kracker played Thursday night, STP played Friday night, and Kid Rock was the main event on Saturday night.
• The "free" area of the crowd ended up being pretty far away from the stage, with the festival deciding at the last minute to charge a lot of money for two separate VIP sections at the front of the stage, which were both half full, as well as some bleachers off to the side of the crowd.
