• Stephen Richards from Taproot came out and sang on "A Place For My Head" from the bridge until the end of the song.
• Mike brings up a local 17-year-old fan to freestyle before "Forgotten". They originally met him the year before on October 06, 2000 during the Kottonmouth Kings tour. They saw him freestyling backstage that night and loved it.

Other Notes

• Linkin Park did an instore signing at Vintage Vinyl before the show. A twenty minute video of this was found and released in 2009.
