"From Zero (Intro)" is the first track from Linkin Park's eighth studio album, From Zero.

Background

"From Zero (Intro)" is a short intro that kicks off the album. It features a harmony-style vocal from the band for ten seconds followed by Mike talking to someone about the album title. The unidentified voice says, "From Zero? Like... from nothing?"

The end of the track cuts mid-sentence as the person says, "Oh wait, your first-" in which she makes the connection to the band's original name, Xero. According to the band at the Paris, France listening party, it is not Emily Armstrong talking on the album intro.
