Mike, Emily, and Colin played three songs acoustically for a private industry event at EastWest Studios (in Studio One), with Mike on grand piano, Emily on vocals, and Colin on guitar. Brad was in attendance at the event with the band. Along with an interview conducted around the performance, a few members of the press (KROQ) were invited as well.
"The Emptiness Machine" was performed at a lower key than usual. This was the second acoustic performance of the song, the first being earlier in the year in 2025.02.10 Tokyo, Japan for the DayDay morning show.
"What I've Done" was performed in a shortened version with the second chorus going into the outro, omitting the bridge.
Colin played an electric guitar on a clean setting instead of an acoustic guitar on "What I've Done". "What I've Done" is now the fourth song Colin has played guitar on, joining "My December", "The Emptiness Machine", and "When They Come For Me/Remember The Name".

Parts of From Zero were recorded at EastWest Studios in 2024.
This show was unannounced to the public and was only able to be attended by private invite.
