• After "By Myself", Chester took a moment and yelled to the crowd "how the hell are you doing?". Mike said "What's up, Boston?"
• Chester jumped into the crowd during "One Step Closer" and during "Forgotten". During the latter, Chester climbed up the side of the venue to slide down the railing until he was just above the crowd. Mike said "Hey Chester! What are you doing?". Chester replied "I'm going to jump into the crowd! You guys better catch me, okay?"
