According to the band's bassist at the time Jonathan Krause, the band went with the spelling "Gray Daze" during the band's earliest days before finally changing it to "Grey" a few months later. This is the first known show after the name change.
The band's flyer for the show does not specify the main act for the night, so it is unclear if it was a headlining show or Grey Daze were opening for either of the two other bands.
