Roads Untraveled/Fallout Intro

From Linkinpedia

"Roads Untraveled/Fallout Intro" is the name of the intro Linkin Park used on the One More Light World Tour before the band took the stage and opened with "Talking To Myself."

At the very first show of the world tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 2017, "The Catalyst" opened the show after the intro. Starting at the next show in Santiago, Chile, Linkin Park swapped "Talking To Myself" into the opening spot. "The Catalyst" opened once more, in São Paulo, Brazil on that tour, but not again. The remaining eighteen shows in Las Vegas and Europe that the band played had "Talking To Myself" opening the show.

The intro combined heavily effected vocals from "ROADS UNTRAVELED" from LIVING THINGS and similar synth sounds from "Fallout" from A Thousand Suns. This created an atmospheric start to the show.

During the "One More Light Live" listening party in December 2017, Mike said, "I remember when we first debuted this set intro, LPLive was, "Whaat?! It's a Roads Untraveled intro!"", referring to LPLive tweeting the set for the Argentina show that was live streamed online.[1]

Lyrics

Live Version

Weep not for roads untraveled
Weep not for paths left alone
'Cause beyond every bend
Is a long blinding end
It's the worst kind of pain I've known

Weep not for roads untraveled
Weep not for sights unseen
May your love never end
And if you need a friend
There's a seat here alongside me
