- The setlist (US Set C) was changed yet again, moving "What I've Done" up out of the encore and adding a full "Papercut" to the encore instead of having it mid-set. A full "Lying From You" was played mid-set as well.
- Mike rapped verse two of "Until It Breaks" over the intro to "Waiting For The End".
- Mike sang part of the lyrics to "Numb/Encore" over the outro of "Numb".
- Bleed It Out featured the Beastie Boys' Sabotage bridge.
