• Mike rapped his verse from "Dolla" over the intro of "Points Of Authority".
• Before "In Pieces", Chester asked, "I don't know about any of you but how many people have someone who used to be special in their life that they wish would just get in a car crash and fucking die already?"
• My December (Piano Version) was on the setlist in its normal spot (in front of "Breaking The Habit") but it was not played for an unknown reason.
• On the piano outro of "Numb", Mike tells Chester he owes him money from a poker game he lost earlier in the day.
