- According to the band's bassist at the time Jonathan Krause, the band went with the spelling "Gray Daze" during the band's earliest days before finally changing it to "Grey" a few months later. This is the first known show after the name change.
- The band's flyer for the show does not specify the main act for the night, so it is unclear if it was a headlining show or Grey Daze were opening for either of the two other bands.
