Debuts:
- After the ninth song Chester commented: "That was a world premiere. This song has never been played before, except a couple of small times. It's not even named yet". According to Sean Dowdell, the song's actual title is Forever.
Other Notes:
- The file with a recording of this show didn't have the date specified, but we had a clue to figure it out. On the recording Chester mentions that their brand new album No Sun Today is getting released "tonight". According to Chester's speech from a recording of another Electric Ballroom show No Sun Today was released on May 23rd, 1997. We happened to have a show on this date in the guide before we got our hands on the recording, so, for the time being, we can assume the date is correct.
- During the show Chester mentions it is called "Best Of Phoenix 2" and thanks all of the other local bands that played before Grey Daze. The gig's headliner Puzzle Gut isn't a local band though, so we just assume they were the special guests for the event and it featured a lot of bands that weren't listed in the newspaper ad we have (see below).
- Grey Daze were the resident band for Electric Ballroom and played a huge number of shows there during the years of its existence.
