Show Notes
- On the "Lying From You" intro, Mike said, "Can I please see everybody's hands up like this? And put 'em down like that, that, hell yeah, are you guys feeling this shit?"
- After "Don't Stay", Mike said, "How you guys feeling tonight? Feeling good? It looks like you were the first ones to get to the ticket counter, right? We thank you guys very much." This was in reference to the show selling out very quickly.
- On the intro of "Papercut", Mike said, "How many of you guys came to see us last time we were here? Yeah... how many people just bought their first Linkin Park album in the last, like, year? We got a couple of you guys? Don't you dare fucking boo them either. We love all you guys, thank you very much for supporting the band and making what we do possible. From the oldest fan in here to the newest fan in here, this shit is dedicated to every single one of you, let's go!"
- Mike rapped verse one of "Petrified" over the intro of "Points Of Authority".
- Before "In Pieces", Chester commented, "You guys fucking kick ass. 7 fucking minutes, that's right? Hell yeah!", referring to the show selling out in just 7 minutes. This prompted Linkin Park to add a night 2 (which was the show the day prior).
- After "Shadow Of The Day", both Mike and Chester thanked the fans. Mike said before the next song, "Numb", "Before we get into the next song, can I ask you guys for a favor really quick? Can we get some lights out there? Let me just check real quick. For this next song, what we'd like to see is.. if you have a seat, can you get up out of it real quick on the count of 3? One, two, three, up! Very nice, thank you guys very much and now that you're on your feet, hopefully you can help us out with this one. Mr. Hahn!"
- Instead of the keyboard outro going right into "Pushing Me Away", Mike played a bit of improv first. Chester said, "You guys have been such an amazing crowd tonight, thank you very much. We apologize for taking so long to come back. We had no idea that we had the best fucking fans in the world. You kept multiplying and multiplying! We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
- The crowd started a massive Linkin Park chant after "Pushing Me Away". Mike started the buildup intro to "Breaking The Habit" in the middle of it.
- After "Crawling", Chester said, "Yes! This is what it's all about! Crowds like this are a band's fucking dream man. I'm having such a good fucking time up here I might fucking cry, it's so beautiful man."
- Chester sang over the extended intro of "The Little Things Give You Away".
- Mike kept the keyboard ending to "What I've Done" going for three or four more repeats after the song. He then said, "Thank you, we'll play you guys one more."
- After "One Step Closer" and as "In The End" was starting, Mike said, "Thank you guys very much. You guys want to hear some more music? Play you a couple more, but your part of the bargain is - you have to sing as loud as you can, even louder than you have been doing all night. And you've been doing really fucking good. You ready? Come on, especially you up top, I see you right now!"
- Mike went out in the crowd on the bridge of "In The End".
- Joe kept the ending notes going for a bit on "In The End" and Chester said around the start of "Bleed It Out", "I have a feeling this is going to be the best fucking crowd of this tour. Those other fucking cities have got a lot of fucking work ahead of them to beat you guys out. You ready to do this with us?"
- The band did not perform the Slow -> Fast Outro on "Bleed It Out" at this show. After the song, Chester said, "Thank you very much, we'd like to thank Chris Cornell for joining us tonight! Most of all we want to thank you for being so, so wonderful - we love you very much, thank you!"
Other Notes
- This was the first time the band played two shows at the same venue on back-to-back nights since they headlined Toyko's Nippon Budokan in late 2003.
