• "Numb" got off to a false start. Chester jokingly said, "That's the most punk rock thing we've got"
• During the break, Mike said, "Chester's been a little sick, but this show is the best way to welcome him back to the stage". Chester responded, "Just your energy alone will make me enjoy the show".

Others Notes

• Two days before this show, the band spent the entire day in Los Angeles to finalize their shots at the Congregational Church for the music video "Numb".
• This "Boost Mobile Pro of Skateboarding" skateboarding event took place from Friday to Sunday and featured the largest prize pool in professional skateboarding history, with over $250,000 USD. The Linkin Park performance took place later on friday after the event.
• This show was a "warm-up" performance before Metallica's Summer Sanitarium Tour. It was also Chester's first performance after being discharged from the hospital due to the bacteria that affected his stomach. Before the performance, Chester confessed to being exhausted and uncomfortable; "I was really scared about whether or not I could make it through the whole set because one of the side effects after getting out of the hospital was that my stamina was really low. I thought maybe I'd end up doing 5 or 6 songs and then be like, 'Oh, man, this is too hard'. So, doing 17 songs was amazing. It was incredible, and the kids went crazy"
