• This setlist was added in May 2016. The review for the show mentions "Cure For The Itch", which obviously wasn't played as it omits "With You" from the review. What's important is that it mentions "High Voltage" instead of "Forgotten", so the band likely swapped those two in-and-out during the OFFEST shows. The location of "High Voltage" in the setlist is unconfirmed, but the review mentions it was just before "Crawling".

Other Notes

• Offest / Big Day Off was essentially a "tour inside a tour" where a partial version of the Ozzfest lineup played eleven shows between Ozzfest shows.
• Slipknot was not at this show. Drowning Pool was added after Slipknot dropped out.
• Chester along with the late vocalist of Drowning Pool David Williams performed Walk (Pantera cover) with Disturbed.
