"Butterfly Caught" is a song by English trip hop group Massive Attack from the 2003 album 100th Window. Linkin Park created a remix of the song which was never officially released. It's unknown when the collaboration took place.
Background
The song was written by Neil Davidge and Robert "3D" Del Naja, the latter of whom performs vocals on the song.
3D's voice serves not only as the vocals for the song but also in other ways that are not immediately obvious. The bassline of "Butterfly Caught" for instance is 3D's voice, but slowed down and worked upon. Nearly all the electronic sounding layers of the original track are manipulated vocals. The strings for the song were recorded by a 50 piece orchestra in June 2002 at Sony Studios in London, UK.[1]
On February 21, 2018 the Linkin Park remix was debuted by James Lavelle on his Living In My Headphones show on Soho Radio London. He didn't offer much information on the track besides saying it was unreleased and he was finally playing it "after all these years". The episode was later uploaded to the radio's MixCloud account.[2]
When questioned about the remix, Mike Shinoda said, "I don't know how that came about. I was so thrilled to do a remix for Massive Attack, I love their music. And I definitely chose that song, I may not have chosen it from the album, but they definitely gave me some options and I chose that one because I really liked it."[3]

Lyrics
We lust for honeysuckle
Strangers
Life's trawl pages
Pick thin thing
Tempted by the naked eye
Morning sunrise
I want air
Need it like a supplicant
Darkened skin
Afraid to see
Radiate open lips
Keep smiling for me
Darkened skin
Afraid to see
Radiate open lips
Keep smiling for me
We lust called honeysuckle
Let's get freckles
I can't take
Tranquilize
On my lips
Under your feet
