- Upon the discovery of a 2000 tour itinerary in March 2016, this date was added to the guide. It is listed as "confirmed" on Linkin Park's itinerary and it is shown on the tour laminate. However, it did not appear on the Kottonmouth Kings website with the rest of the tour dates and isn't listed on a venue website archive. It is unknown if this show even occurred, so we have it added as a canceled show unless more information eventually surfaces. We cannot confirm it ourselves so we aren't adding it as a regular show for now.
