- This show is listed as canceled because, as confirmed by Robert DeLeo, Chester was going to join Kings Of Chaos at this event. He said that Chester was going to sing Velvet Revolver's Slither.
- Ryan Shuck performed as a surprise guest (announced by himself a few days before but not officially promoted by the event) with Wes Geer on guitar as they covered One More Light for Chester.
- The rest of Kings Of Chaos performed, with Franky Perez and Corey Taylor on vocals.
