Background
"Suicide Music" is a song produced by Mike Shinoda and recorded by the hip-hop group Get Busy Committee for The Raid: Redemption soundtrack. The group consists of Apathy, Ryu and Scoop DeVille, all of whom had collaborated with Mike on various Fort Minor songs. Besides this, Get Busy Committee had previously worked with Mike on a remix of "Wretches And Kings".
Mike announced his work on the soundtrack on September 9, 2011 through his personal blog. "For a long time, I have been wanting to score a film. In order for it to work, it would have to have a great story, stunning visuals, and the timing would have to work out in a way that didn’t distract from all the things I want to do with Linkin Park. I’m really excited to have finally found the right project. The movie is called The Raid. Its intense martial arts choreography, amazing cinematography, and great story have been inspiring all kinds of new music. I’m excited for all of you to see—and hear—this film."[1]
After the Get Busy Committee album Uzi Does It was released in October 2009, the group recorded a follow-up album titled Opening Ceremony. It ended up never being released, however, two tracks from the album and "Suicide Music" were released on an Uzi Does It deluxe version on Apathy's website. The other two tracks were "Opening Ceremony" and "Laura Ling."[2] Since Get Busy Committee released an Opening Ceremony mixtape on October 9, 2011, the Uzi Does It deluxe version had to be from some time after that.
"Suicide Music" was also released in 2015 as part of the fourth installment on Apathy's "It's The Bootleg, Muthafuckas!" compilation series, entitled The Black Lodge.

While the song by itself has never been performed live, its instrumental was featured in a live remix of "High Voltage" during Fort Minor shows in 2015, after "High Voltage" won Mike's poll asking which song he should add into the setlist.

Lyrics
You could take our lives
Fill us up with lies
'Cause I know where I'm going when I die
And I don't even cry, middle finger to the sky
'Cause I know where I'm going when I die
Yeah, 'cause even if I got to live a life of crime
You got it, I'mma get it
Never need a nine-to-five
I'll push it to the limit 'til it's time to say goodbye, that's fine
'Cause I know just where I'm going when I die, die, die
See me in the microscope, see me in the fish tank
Chicks want to know my real name plus the dick length
Me? I'm a scientist
God to a lab rat
Now I'm just a has-been rapper when the hazmat
Ducking straight shots, sewing up wounds
Filling up tombs
Let the bass boom
Blood everywhere, so chaotic
I'm a bullet with your name on it
Seeking body after body, I'm the Mayor, Giuliani
Ain't in office anymore but he's still illuminati
Death to the king, overthrow everything
They'll be searching our apartments in an ATF sting
Get Busy, the scum of the earth
Hold a black magic séance to summon my verse
I'm a walking skeleton, the zombie that will rush the crowd
Devil baby, I was born inside a mushroom cloud
You could take our lives
Fill us up with lies
'Cause I know where I'm going when I die
And I don't even cry, middle finger to the sky
'Cause I know where I'm going when I die
Yeah, 'cause even if I got to live a life of crime
You got it, I'mma get it
Never need a nine-to-five
I'll push it to the limit 'til it's time to say goodbye, that's fine
'Cause I know just where I'm going when I die, die, die
Suicide music
Nothing to fucking fool with
Full clip and an Uzi, shooting out of Suzukis
No excuse, we blast now
Splatter your goose down
Clapping like it's the end, I ruin your fucking movie
Asking for passes
Homie, I'm not a cuby here to bang
Blow your brains all over your bitch's boobies
Take me alive? Never, better to die free
I'm writing "fuck the police" inside a goodbye letter
Peace, fade to black, call the Priest
Tell him to call Heaven and save me a few seats
Sorry it's so last minute, I'm bringing a few peeps
Body the lieutenant and took a shot at the chief
Sheesh, I guess I got a little problem with authority
Tend to get a little bit gruesome and gory
Volume on ten if I got to get it in
Always keep a pistol grip pump sitting on my lap like a yorkie
You could take our lives
Fill us up with lies
'Cause I know where I'm going when I die
And I don't even cry, middle finger to the sky
'Cause I know where I'm going when I die
Yeah, 'cause even if I got to live a life of crime
You got it, I'mma get it
Never need a nine-to-five
I'll push it to the limit 'til it's time to say goodbye, that's fine
'Cause I know just where I'm going when I die, die, die
Kill yourself, call me if you need some help
Kill yourself, call me if you need some help
Kill yourself, call me if you need some help
Kill yourself, call me if you need some help
Kill yourself, call me if you need some help
Kill yourself, call me if you need some help
Kill yourself, call me if you need some help
Who is it?
