"Spotify" was a demo created during The Hunting Party sessions. It is alternatively known as "Lifejacket" among fans.

Background

"Spotify" was named after the popular Swedish audio streaming platform. Two versions of the song were leaked in June 2019: one is live band recording while the other was created by Mike Shinoda on Ableton Live. They are known by fans as "rock version" and "synth version" respectively.
