• "Cure For The Itch" was performed for the first time since 2000.11.06 St Louis, MO. Up to this point, this was the most complete version of the song performed, with 90% of it being performed. The full song debuted on 2014.06.14 Download, when the band performed Hybrid Theory in its entirety. All prior performances were shortened versions of the song. The song appeared sporadically throughout the rest of 2001.
• There was a false start of Papercut at the end of Cure For The Itch on accident.
