"10.8 All Sample Track" is an instrumental full of samples created by Mike Shinoda on October 8, 2020 via Twitch. It was made during the weeklong celebration of the Hybrid Theory (20th Anniversary Edition) release.

Mike wrote on social media, "10.8 - taking you back in time today. Before the band started, I learned how to make beats by sampling. I'm going to do an all-samples track today."[1] At the beginning of the stream, he told the story of him joining a songwriting competition that he actually won with a song he wrote when he was a kid, and played what he remembered from the track. Then he created a 7 minute track with a lot of samples made from his vinyl collection, including Led Zeppelin, the Star Wars soundtrack, Michael Jackson, Wu-Tang Clan, Al Green, Audio Two, "The 900 Number" by The 45 King, Nine and more.

Mike also used the Sex Explained For Children vinyl that he already sampled in the past (over 20 years prior) for the unreleased demo "Goop". About the vinyl, he said, "For the record, my parents did not give me this record. This was not my education. This was something I found in a garage sale."[2]

After the stream, he sent an e-mail to his Twitch subscribers with a MP3 download of the track, via Dropbox, with the following message: "Thanks for being a subscriber! Here is the track from today’s stream: https://www.dropbox.com/s/avf3xbn7vrws7cm/10.8%20All%20Sample%20track.mp3?dl=0"

I know, Roger can tell us
Anyone who can play music on a piano like he does must know vast amounts of interesting things
Like even where a baby comes from
That's true
Roger! Roger!
Roger, where do babies come from?
Well...

Well
Well, to understand where babies come from
One must start from the beginning
All babies are derived on the basis of genetics
What? Wha-what? Wha-what? Wha-what?
Genet-genetics
