Background
"Mike Calling To Say 'Hi'" was an interlude released in 2004 as part of the compilation album Redneck Games by Kutmasta Kurt.
The track is a voicemail by Mike Shinoda and precedes Kutmasta Kurt's remix of "In The End", serving as an introduction to it in the same fashion Linkin Park used voicemails from their collaborators on Reanimation.

Lyrics
Album Version
Kutmaster Kurt!
It's Mike from Linkin Park, what up man?
I am just calling to say hi
Because I was listening to the remix
And I was thinking to myself, "How does Kurt get to be so dope?"
So I thought I'd give you a call and say hi.
