Champs Sports USB Wristband, also known as Projekt Revolution 2008 USB Wristband, was a flash drive containing songs by various artists from the Projekt Revolution Tour 2008 that served as a tour sampler.

Champs Sports USB Wristband, also known as Projekt Revolution 2008 UBS Wristband, is the second CD released by Linkin Park for their fanclub, the LP Underground.
The fifth installment of Projekt Revolution launched July 16 at the Tweeter Center outside Boston and wraped August 24 at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston.

On the first few years of LPU, it routinely took a couple months for people to actually receive their CDs, and in the case of the LP Underground 2.0 and LP Underground 4.0 CDs, the tracklist was kept a secret until fans started receiving them in the mail. LPU 2.0 in particular had a manufacturing delay and, although LPU 2.0 launched on November 18, 2002, fans didn't get their CDs until March or April of 2003.

Composition
The CD contains songs recorded from 1999 to 2002.
The USB Wristband came in a plastic package with artwork and a tracklist on the back, however, the actual tracks were titled or tagged differently from what was on the package. The file for "This Is Not The End" is titled "This Is Not The End (Moon Version)", "Given Up (Live)" is titled "Given Up (Live-Detroit)", "In Pieces (Live)" is titled "In Pieces (Live-Washington DC)", "Leave Out All The Rest (Live)" is titled "Leave Out All The Rest (Live-Detroit)" and "No More Sorrow (Live)" is titled "No More Sorrow (Live-Detroit)". "We Made It" is tagged "We Made It CLEAN", "Blow" is titled "Blow Clean", and there's a typo on "This Is Not The End", which was tagged as "This Is Not The End (Moon Vedrsion)".

"A.06" is a brand new instrumental track recorded during the Meteora sessions.
All four songs by Linkin Park had their studio versions released in the 2007 album Minutes To Midnight. "In Pieces" was recorded live at the Nissan Pavilion @ Stone Ridge in Bristow, Virginia on August 19, 2007. "Given Up", "Leave Out All The Rest" and "No More Sorrow" were all recorded live at the DTE Energy Music Centre in Clarkston, Michigan on August 22, 2007. "In Pieces" and "Leave Out All The Rest" are the same tracks present in the Leave Out All The Rest single while the other two are exclusive to this release. All tracks were censored by backmasking.

"With You" and "High Voltage" were recorded live at the Docklands Arena in London, England on September 16, 2001. Fans attending this show had to sign a waiver saying they consented to being filmed for a Linkin Park DVD, which was never released. Instead, six songs from the show (including "High Voltage") were broadcasted on HBO Reverb and "With You" was posted on HBO.com. A low quality version of the full DVD leaked in 2012.
"Blow" is a song by Atreyu from their 2007 album Lead Sails And Paper Anchor. The clean version features different lyrics replacing the swearing. However, at some points in the song there are muted words as well.

"Pts.Of.Athrty (Crystal Method Remix)" is an outtake from Reanimation. Ryu from Styles Of Beyond recorded a verse for the remix, but it wasn't included on the CD for unknown reasons.
"We Made It" is a non-album single by Busta Rhymes in collaboration with Linkin Park released in 2008. Just like "Blow", its clean version features different lyrics.

"Dedicated" was recorded when the band was still called Hybrid Theory and was written mostly by Mike Shinoda. He also did the main vocals on the track, with Chester doing backing vocals.
"Beautiful" is a song by 10 Years from their 2008 album Division. The single version, present in the flash drive, features the full introduction and outro to the song, contrary to the album version which transists from and to other tracks, making it 10 seconds longer.

"My December" was a track recorded for the compilation album The Real Slim Santa in 2000. This is the fourth Linkin Park release the song appears, with the others being the UK single of One Step Closer, the Japanese edition of Hybrid Theory and the Japanese EP of the "In The End" single.
"Enemies" is a song by Ashes Divide from their 2008 album Keep Telling Myself It's Alright.

Composition
"This Is Not The End" is a song by The Bravery originally from their 2007 album The Sun And The Moon. The "Moon Version" however, was taken from the second disc of The Sun And The Moon Complete, a 2008 reissue featuring both the original songs from the 2007 album as well as re-imagined and re-worked versions of those tracks.
Chester describes the CD as "a compilation of songs that we recorded in the past and put off to the side." With the exception of "My December", all songs on the CD were previously unreleased.

The production of the EP is often criticized for its mastering and overall sound quality, with distortion and compression being very noticeable throughout the entire EP.
All songs are present in MP3 format varying from 128kbps to 192kbps.

*"Dedicated" was released after Mike Shinoda performed verses of the song at The Wake Up Show earlier that year. The song was also sampled on "It's Goin' Down", a collaboration between X-Ecutioners, Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn, which was released in early 2002.

Template:Infobox album Champs Sports USB Wristband, also known as Projekt Revolution 2008 USB Wristband, was a flash drive containing songs by various artists from the Projekt Revolution Tour 2008 that served as a tour sampler.

Background

The fifth installment of Projekt Revolution launched July 16 at the Tweeter Center outside Boston and wraped August 24 at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston.

Through an ongoing partnership with Major League Baseball Properties, random fans at each show were given a lanyard which could be exchanged at a local Champs Sports for a USB wristband containing "four unreleased Linkin Park MP3s" as well as five songs from other artists on Projekt Revolution Tour 2008. Fans could also get the wristband by spending $50 or more on Major League Baseball products at Champs Sports.[1]

Composition

All four songs by Linkin Park had their studio versions released in the 2007 album Minutes To Midnight. "In Pieces" was recorded live at the Nissan Pavilion @ Stone Ridge in Bristow, Virginia on August 19, 2007. "We Made It" is a non-album single by Busta Rhymes in collaboration with Linkin Park released in 2008. Just like "Blow", its clean version features different lyrics.

"Beautiful" is a song by 10 Years from their 2008 album Division. The single version, present in the flash drive, features the full introduction and outro to the song, contrary to the album version which transists from and to other tracks, making it 10 seconds longer.
