"Bleach" is the ninth track on the 2003 album Megadef by Styles Of Beyond. A remix titled "Bleach (Jimi Remix)" was released as the seventh track on Fort Minor's We Major mixtape.

Background

"Bleach" is a song by Styles Of Beyond originally released on the group's 2003 album Megadef and is one of the group's most popular songs. It was remixed by Mike Shinoda for inclusion on We Major.

The remix contains vocal and instrumental samples The Jimi Hendrix Experience's version of "Hey Joe" (a song credited to Billy Roberts and originally recorded by The Leaves). It also contains a speech sampled from the crime drama television series The Sopranos.

First released on October 26, 2005, the RapBasement.com version of "Bleach (Jimi Remix)" was only two seconds in length due to an error, and was tagged as the "Hey Joe Remix". In response to this error, LP Association posted the full remix as an exclusive after fans discovered the problem.[1]
