- Chester's mohawk returned at this show.
- Lying From You was dropped from the set and replaced by In My Remains. Songs seven through eleven at the last show US Set A was played at (Cincinnati) were: New Divide, Victimized (w/ QWERTY), Lying From You, Lies Greed Misery and Points Of Authority, while this setlist had the order of In My Remains, New Divide, Victimized (w/ QWERTY), Points Of Authority and Lies Greed Misery.
- Mike rapped verse two of Until It Breaks over the intro to Waiting For The End.
- Mike sang part of the lyrics to Numb/Encore over the outro of Numb.
- On What I've Done, Mike's guitar was out of tune from the start of the song. He played all the way through the first chorus then took the guitar off, his tech took it, ran off stage and re-tuned it, then gave it back to him in time to play the outro. He only played keys in place of the regular guitar part in the second chorus/guitar solo/first part of the third chorus.
- Bleed It Out featured the Beastie Boys' Sabotage bridge.
