Other Notes:
- Played at the brand new Nokia Theatre in New York.
- Show was originally scheduled for January 4 (that must have been a typo in the touring schedule) but later moved to February 4. On December 13, 2005, the Philadelphia show was canceled, so then the NYC show was moved and played on February 6. The Providence show was then added for February 4.
