Background

Release

On October 6, 2021, Mike tweeted that he had released a new NFT, saying, "New drop, with music. Good luck."[1] Unfortunately since he did not stream on Twitch that day, the reason for him picking this track to include on the NFT is unknown. The NFT itself is called "Uncanny Mountain." Mike's description of the track says, "Audio was made live on twitch.tv/OfficialMikeShinoda (7.15.21). Limited personal non-commercial use and resale rights in the NFT are granted; all other terms can be found here: https://www.mikeshinoda.com/NFTTerms"
