One Way Ticket

Background

On August 8, 2016, Taka went to Linkin Park's studio in Los Angeles^[1] after One Ok Rock had finished recording their new album. He played the entire album for the band and Mike Shinoda really liked a song called "One Way Ticket". Taka then suggested Mike could help with the production if he wanted and he enjoyed the idea.^[2]

"One Way Ticket" was included in One Ok Rock's eighth studio album, Ambitions, which was released in January 2017 both in Japanese and English versions, each with a different tracklisting. The song was produced by CJ Baran with Mike Shinoda credited for additional production.
